EXECUTIVE MANAGER: INFRASTRUCTURE DEVELOPMENT
The Tshwane Automotive Special Economic Zone (TASEZ) is advertising for the position of Executive Manager: Infrastructure.
The suitable candidate will lead the planning, designing and development of TASEZ's world class infrastructure and related services for current Phases and future Phases of Development.
Key responsibilities include: • Leading senior technical teams and multidisciplinary project teams. • Building high-performance cultures across diverse teams, ensuring accountability and delivery. • Guiding, coaching, developing staff, adhering to relevant policies and procedure to manage staff performance • Managing the performance of Staff by embracing the values of the organisation to ensure effective and productive performance of staff.
